Ashley Coleman MSN, RN, is a 200-hour Certified Yoga Instructor, Wellness Consultant, and the owner of Wellness In Depth. She guides individuals and organizations in integrating holistic wellness practices through education, movement, mindfulness, and reflective writing—cultivating whole well-being, emotional intelligence and regulation, and a sustainable lifestyle of wellness.

Our Classes

Flow into Stillness
1st & 3rd Tuesdays @ 7:15pm
Yin Yoga + Meditation Series ~ a soulful gentle flow designed to help you unwind, release tension, and reconnect with yourself. 

Creative Stillness Yin Yoga
Every Monday @ 6:30pm
This class blends Yin and Restorative yoga, using supported poses held for several minutes to release tension and quiet the mind. Soft instrumental jazz plays in the background, creating a warm, relaxing atmosphere. We close with a brief creative reflection or journaling. All levels welcome.

Sunday Sound Bath Reset
Every Sunday @ 4:00 pm
A 35-minute gentle sound bath designed to help you slow down, breathe, and begin again.You’ll move through grounding breathwork, soothing crystal bowl vibrations, and a peaceful closing to carry clarity into your day.
